Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: The checkout process on our web site is handled through PayPal.  You can pay for your order with any major credit card without a PayPal account.  Just follow the simple instructions provided by PayPal during the checkout process.  We cannot process orders by phone. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We charge a Flat Rate shipping fee of $5.00 per order.  On most orders, the cost is higher than $5.00 and we pay the difference.  Your order will ship within 48 hours by Priority Mail from the US Post Office.  You will receive an email notification along with a Tracking Number once your order leaves the Post Office. 

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: All orders submitted from North Carolina will be charged the current 6.75% sales tax rate. 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We are very proud to say that all of our products are made in America.  It is possible that some components such as hooks, swivels, etc... are made outside of the United States.
